Served as consulting project manager and sole technical resource for the implementation of ADP’s HRizon HR and Payroll system on a SQL Server platform.  Implemented all system modifications.  Trained end-users on all aspects of the product.

Served as Reporting Team Lead for a PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll implementation on an Oracle platform.  Managed a team of six report developers.  Taught a training seminar on PS/Query.  Designed database views to simplify ad-hoc reporting.  Co-developed a Time Entry system using MS Access.

Here is a sample of the work performed by Worobec Consulting over the past few years.

Developed an ERP system to manage all aspects of purchase and sales orders, inventory management, and transaction and analytic reporting.  Produced a logical data model and implemented resulting database design in SQL Server.  Developed interfaces to multiple web sites including Amazon.com.  Used MS Access to develop forms and reports.

Managed a team developing the corporate data warehouse using COGNOS tools and SQL Server.  Served as consulting project manager and sole technical resource for the implementation of ADP’s HRizon HR and Payroll system (HRizon is a version of PeopleSoft licensed by ADP).  Established best-practices for all aspects of the corporate data architecture.  Redesigned the reporting environment for sales data.  Developed all HRizon system modifications.  Built multiple interfaces to the HRizon system using MS Access.
